Catwalks all over the world are awash with bridal fashion inspiration right now, and New York Bridal Fashion Week saw the debut of the fabulous new Anne Barge Fall 2019 wedding dresses.
The most distinctive characteristic of the new Anne Barge collection is structure. Structured wedding dresses are set to make waves next season, and this collection is full of form-sculpting corset bodices and architectural silhouettes.
“I’ve always had a love for interesting seams and how they enhance the female body. Past the clean, graphic lines of the collection lie layers of rich detail.” – Anne Barge Creative Designer
The designer studied architecture before turning to design, which explains dress names like Eiffel, Eames and Zaha, each referencing an innovator in that field.

Also, tulle ruffles, pearl accented beading and embroidery, and cascading bows give a soft touch of feminism to the structured, minimalist dresses.
The simple sophistication of the Anne Barge Fall 2019 designs paired with whimsical elements of surprise delivers a romantic collection with a modern-day twist. For me, the stand out wedding dresses in this collection are…
