What is Simply Chic?
Simply Chic is an online stationery & gift boutique. We stock a range of stylish stationery, gifts, gorgeous wedding journals and guest books, and we have recently launched a new range of chic wedding accessories and vintage style favours.
What made you launch Simply Chic and how long has the business been going?
I have always wanted my own boutique specialising in stylish stationery for special occasions and every day, we launched online in February of this year.
What product collections does Simply Chic sell?
We sell wedding journals, a collection of books from Ryland Peters & Small to help with wedding planning, our stylish guest books are by Roger La Borde, we stock baby gifts, our social stationery is a collection of lovely thank you cards and we also have a range of contemporary stationery and gifts by Caroline Gardner and Emma Bridgewater.
Where do you source your products and do you create products yourself?
I have started to create my own vintage style favours for the wedding collection and I have sourced all our accessories locally to help support local businesses.
How do you choose your products?
I am passionate about anything pretty, stylish and unique and I also keep cost in mind for my customers as our theory is you don’t have to spend a lot to have a really stylish wedding day; it’s all in the detail!
How does someone order your products?
Products are ordered from our online shop www.simply-chic.co.uk. Payment is via Paypal, but if you don’t have a Paypal account you can pay by credit or debit card. It’s safe and secure and you have the Paypal guarantee. We also exhibit at wedding fairs around Worcestershire.
How are your products packaged and delivered?
I believe postage and packaging is really important so all products are wrapped in tissue paper and sent with a little thank you note. I believe it’s important to personally thank all my lovely customer for their orders.
What’s the best thing about your job?
It has got to be the buying. I love looking for new beautiful things for brides-to-be and stylish stationery.
Do you have a favourite product?
These gorgeous vintage style thank you cards, I just love them.
